  Assignment 2 Task 1

How my print screen helps people who have vision problems at the start off my print screens it shows how to more your icons around the home screen that means someone with vision problems will know were to the put the icons so  he/her can see it better they can also make the icons bigger or small so they can see what application they want to go into.

I also show you how to get to the access tool bar in Microsoft word so that it is easy to get the things you need instead off spending time looking for them you can also add stuff to the access toolbar the flowing print screen is how to use magnifier it is very helpful to someone who has vision problems because you can use three different types of magnifier you have lens which you can zoom into your work are whatever else you are doing.

The next one is called docked which lets you see the top of the page and the current bit off work you are doing the flowing magnifier is called full view which Is just the same as lens  but you get a full view then my last print screen is off narrator which will read aloud what is on the screen as you navigate  using the keyboard how to get to narrator you simply go to all programs click on ease access and it just under magnifier if someone had vision problems  they could go on narrator which will help them with there work like if they have spelling mistake the narrator would tell them that they have mistakes it is very good applications to have and also if a blind person was using a computer you can have a  microphone that he/her talks into and it puts what he/her said into writing and  it will read it back to him computers.

Now a days computers are moving up in the world for people with disability  like 20 years ago you would not  have narrator to help someone who had vision problems or blind person would not be able to use a computer because there were just  a few applications back in the days technology has come a long.

computers now  can help the disabled with special care Web site designers can make their sites highly accessible to disabled users.

Blind people can have documents read out loud electronically on their computer. And for people who cannot use their arms to type speech recognition programs may be the answer. These let people give commands to their computer or have their words turned into print.

Screen Magnification / Enhancement Software

People with low vision typically need to magnify or enhance the screen. Large monitors and software application programs can provide minor magnification and simple adjustment of font sizes, where screen magnification software provides higher levels of magnification and contrast and color enhancement.
